The Rest Is Marketing, Part Six by my count: the new edition of The Astrologer.

Just this. That's all. The new edition is very nice, I must say. Quite handsome. Force your local book shop to special order a copy for you.

  1. Best wishes for a successful marketing campaign. Two local authors I know in my neck of the woods saturate regional market by doing readings and signings in nearly every library and bookstore within a 25 mile radius. They know it is tiresome, but they say that it helps.

  2. Postscript: Hardly anyone visits my blog (i.e., you and a handful of others seem to be my audience), so I regret that I cannot be of much help in spreading the word on your behalf. Sorry.

  3. Tim, I think the big sales push for this book took place last year, for the first edition. My Brilliant Plan(tm) for boosting sales on The Astrologer is to get another book published!

    1. Oops, forgot to take off the Bexter thing--the bit of remains of directions to hotlink in comments, which I always forget!

  8. No local bookshop in sight, but I've put it in my sidebar.

    1. What fun, thank you. Where do you live, in your desert without bookshops? On the moon, apparently. The weather, at least, will be predictable, unlike here. Your ongoing interest in mud suddenly makes a lot of sense.
